Returns are now easier than ever!
- Returns are only accepted 20 days from the day you got your package.
- Email us for all returns at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Send us what you're wanting to return and your order number
- We will send you a return label. Print that out and attach it to the package it was shipped in. All shipping labels created by us are $5 and we will deduct this from your return amount. If you would like to ship it back yourself (do your own label) you're more than welcome to, just indicate that in your return email.
- Bring it to your location USPS store.
- Once we have received the item(s) we will inspect it/them to make sure there are no signs of damage or wear. If the item(s) is/are not acceptable for resale, your refund will not go through and we will not ship the item(s) back to you. This including makeup stains, washing/ drying, ironing, etc... If the item was sent to you damaged please indicate so in your email.
- After your item(s) have been returned to us, you will be refunded with the type of payment you used. (Visa, Mater card, American express, gift card...)
*All tags must be attached and the original packaging must be included in the return.
*All Clearance AND/OR SALE items are a final sale. If we have marked it down it is not eligible for a return or exchange, NO EXCEPTIONS. This includes our weekly flash sales.
*Due to our high volume of orders and limited quantities, exchanges are not offered. If you would like to exchange an item simply return your original item and purchase the right one.* ALL home decor and furniture purchases are a final sale.*
